Am I required to get more than one estimate?
No. Most insurance companies write their own estimate anyway.

Can the insurance company tell me where to take my car for repairs?
No. Under Oregon law, the body shop you take your vehicle to is completely up to you! 

Does Gladstone Auto Body guarantee the repair work they do?
Yes, just ask for a copy of our warranty. 

What if the repairs cost more than the original estimate - do I have to pay the difference?
If you are going through an insurance company and we find additional damage or missed parts, we notify that insurance company for a supplement. This is paid by them directly to us.

Can the repair work be done at our business location?
At Gladstone Auto Body and Paint, work is performed in our repair and paint shop. We are conviently located near Gladstone, Oregon City, West Linn, Milwaukie, Oak Grove, Jennings Lodge, Happy Valley, Clacamas, Canby, and our surrounding areas.
